It took five minutes of extra time to get a winner in a exciting finish at Lamport Stadium. The last twenty minutes of the game saw four goals with a final of 3-2 in favour of Portugal FC. The Lions were hoping for a chance to catch Division leaders Trois Rivieres Attack, but the combination of the Lions lost and an Attack win decided the division. 

The Brampton Lions FC return to action this Wednesday September 16th at St. Catherines. The Lions must earn at least one more point in their last two games to secure second place.
