Nordo Gooden couldn't pick a better time to score his first and second of the season in a 5-1 victory against London City. Other goals came from David Guzman, Jeremy Shepperd, and  Alban Vyktilaj.

The Lions return to action July 19 at Victoria Park in Brampton where they take on Portugal FC at 3pm.
